Job Description

Were looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Al Ain United Arab this role youll be the backbone of our project execution ensuring seamless communication efficient timeline management and optimal resource coordination across departments. If youre passionate about keeping projects on track while supporting your team with enthusiasm and transparency wed love to meet you!Facilitate communication between project stakeholders team members and external partners to ensure alignment and clarity on project objectives and deliverablesCreate maintain and update comprehensive project documentation plans schedules and reports using industry-standard tools and softwareManage project-related administrative tasks including scheduling meetings tracking expenses maintaining document control systems and organizing project filesMonitor project timelines and milestones identifying potential delays and proactively recommending solutions to keep projects on scheduleCoordinate resources and logistics across departments to support efficient project execution and team collaborationPrepare detailed project reports and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint) with professional formatting and analytical insightsTrack project budgets and expenses providing accurate cost reports and identifying opportunities for optimizationIdentify and communicate project risks and issues to leadership working collaboratively to develop mitigation strategiesContribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes best practices and organizational workflowsSupport team members with administrative needs and provide exceptional customer-focused service to internal and external stakeholdersQualificationsUniversity degree in business administration project management or a related field0-2 years of professional experience in a project coordination administrative or similar roleProficiency in project management software and tools (e.g. Smartsheet project dashboards Microsoft Project)Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel Word and PowerPointExperience with report formatting data analysis and presentation developmentExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are preferredExceptional organizational and time management abilities with proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectivelyKeen attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all deliverablesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and recommend solutionsCollaborative mindset with demonstrated ability to work effectively in team environments and build positive relationshipsAbility to adapt to changing priorities and work flexibly in a dynamic fast-paced environmentProficiency in CAD software is a preferred skillStrong stakeholder management capabilities and customer-focused approachDemonstrated resilience and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with composure and efficiencyRemote WorkNoEmployment TypeFull-time#J-18808-Ljbffr
