Project Director - Build Contractor

ResponsibilitiesProvide support and guidance to the site teams to facilitate delivery of construction, coordinating logistics, permitting, commissioning and handover activities to technical, budget, schedule and quality requirements.Interface with the Client, Construction Supervisors and the Controls and Commercial Teams to ensure consistent reporting of a level that allows timely decisions to be made.Ensure the availability and implementation of an effective operations strategy, standards, policies, procedures and best practicesInterface with the Engineering Team to ensure the appropriate level of support is provided to the site teams to facilitate resolution of design solutions that promote constructability and value engineering.Review the performance of the site teams and the sub contractors and take appropriate action where improvements are required.Provide task force support to each project during start up and to resolve problems during construction.QualificationsSignificant construction experience in a Key Lead role during the set up and execution of Large Complex Building projects working for International Main Contractors.Previous Abu Dhabi experience or candidates currently based in that location will be preferred as up to date market knowledge and established client/consultant relationships will be an advantage.Experience and skilled in leading projects in excess of circa 500 million aedMin 15 years post graduate experience.BSc in related subject.Fluency in English language both written and spoken.Please contact me at for further details#J-18808-Ljbffr
