Project Director

We are looking to recruit an experienced Project Director to lead the delivery of large-scale data center projects in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will have strong experience managing EPC data center projects from concept through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.This role requires a strong MEP background, with solid exposure to civil works, along with proven leadership skills to manage multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the overall delivery of data center EPC projects, from design coordination through construction and commissioning.Manage project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution to ensure successful project delivery.Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams to maintain project progress.Oversee MEP systems, including critical infrastructure such as power, cooling, and backup systems required for data centers.Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and client requirements.Manage relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.Provide leadership and direction to project teams, ensuring strong collaboration and communication across all disciplines.Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies where necessary.Ensure timely reporting on project progress, cost control, and commercial performance.Support strategic decision-making and problem-solving during all project phases.Candidate Requirements18–20 years of total experience in construction or EPC project delivery.Minimum 10 years of experience in data center projects.Strong MEP background, with exposure to civil construction works.Proven experience managing large-scale EPC projects, preferably within data centers or mission-critical facilities.Previous experience working as a Project Director, Project Manager, Technical Manager, or similar leadership role on data center projects.Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in complex project environments.Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (preferred).Preferred BackgroundExperience working in the Middle East on major EPC projects.Strong understanding of mission-critical infrastructure and data center operational requirements.#J-18808-Ljbffr
