Project Engineer

Are you a skilled construction professional with a passion for delivering luxury interior spaces? ALEC FITOUT is looking for a Project Engineer to support the execution of a prestigious high-end fit-out project based in Ras Al Khaimah.What You’ll DoExecute daily site engineering duties while ensuring technical compliance with project specifications and drawingsPrepare and monitor detailed lookahead schedules aligned with project timelinesCoordinate with subcontractors and consultants for method statement submissions and work notification approvalsConduct internal inspections and raise WIRs through QA/QC for consultant sign-offMonitor progress of works on site and raise material or equipment requirements to section leadershipSupport the implementation of project safety measures and ensure compliance across site activitiesClose QA/QC observations, NCRs, and follow up on corrective actionsCoordinate internal snagging and external inspection punch lists prior to project handoverSupport testing and commissioning teams during the final stages of the projectWhat We’re Looking ForBEng, BTech, or Diploma in Civil Engineering5–7 years’ construction experience, with interior finishing or fit-out exposureStrong understanding of fit-out and Joinery materials and installation methodsAbility to interpret technical drawings and site instructions accuratelyEffective communication and coordination skills with subcontractors and site teamsStrong attention to detail in inspections, documentation, and quality controlMiddle East project experience is advantageousWhy Join Us?Opportunity to support delivery on a landmark project in Ras Al KhaimahWork with a respected team that values innovation, safety, and excellenceBe part of a company that develops people and delivers iconic resultsWhat We OfferThe chance to contribute to some of UAE’s most iconic projectsA collaborative, supportive environment that values innovation and excellenceOpportunities for professional growth and career progressionReady to elevate your career?
