Project Engineer

We are a leading real estate development company, recognized for delivering exceptional projects globally and setting new benchmarks in the industry.We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Project Engineer to oversee construction activities across our diverse portfolio, including high-rise towers and townhouse communities. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are executed efficiently, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will act as the key technical coordinator between consultants, contractors, and internal teams, adapting methodologies to suit the specific demands of vertical urban construction and horizontal residential developments.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Execution & Site SupervisionOversee and manage daily on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications, safety regulations, and approved drawings.Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure proper workflow, resource allocation, and site readiness.Interpret engineering drawings and survey reports to guide the construction process and resolve technical discrepancies on-site.Stakeholder & Authority CoordinationLiaise with clients, consultants, and local authorities (e.g., Dubai Municipality, DEWA, Trakhees, RERA, Civil Defence) to obtain necessary NOCs and approvals.Act as the primary technical contact for resolving design and site issues in coordination with the Project Manager.Documentation & ComplianceReview shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documents for compliance with design standards and project specs.Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily site diaries, progress reports, change orders, and quality control measures.Ensure strict adherence to QA/QC policies, HSE standards, and UAE building codes.Planning & ReportingAssist in project planning, scheduling, and monitoring of milestones using tools like MS Project or Primavera.Prepare weekly and monthly progress dashboards, highlighting achievements, risks, and corrective actions for stakeholders.Monitor project costs, resource productivity, and identify cost-saving or value engineering opportunities.Risk & Quality ManagementIdentify potential technical and execution risks; maintain a risk register and propose mitigation strategies.Conduct inspections to verify quality standards and contractual compliance, supporting testing and commissioning activities.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or site supervision within the UAE/GCC real estate or construction sector.Must have demonstrable experience on both High-Rise (20+ floors) and Townhouse/Villa projects.Proven track record managing projects from inception to handover, including authority approvals.Experience with mixed-use developments combining towers and townhouse components is a distinct advantage.Professional memberships (e.g., RIBA, RICS, ICE) or PMP certification is highly preferred.Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.What We OfferCompetitive salary and commission-based incentives.A dynamic and professional work environment.Career growth opportunities in a leading real estate firm.If you have the required experience and skills, and you're ready to take on a challenging yet rewarding role, we’d love to hear from you!How to ApplySend your resume to \" Project Engineer – Real Estate.\"#J-18808-Ljbffr
