This role is central to driving efficiency, unlocking business value, and embedding innovation by leveraging Data, AI, and modern cloud technologies. You will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, regulatory requirements, and the unique operational demands of the oil & gas industry.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end projects for digital transformation initiatives, from scoping and business case development to execution and benefits realization.Establish clear project charters, structured project plans, and KPIs to track outcomes, not just outputs.Apply Agile project management methodologies for effective scheduling, resource planning, and milestone delivery.Manage cross-functional teams spanning IT, OT, data science, cloud engineering, and business stakeholders.Possesses strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities to effectively engage executive leadership, cross-functional teams, and external vendors driving alignment.Stakeholder EngagementPartner with business leaders, engineers, and AI specialists to translate operational challenges into scalable digital solutions.Communicate complex technology initiatives in business terms for executive stakeholders.Value RealizationTranslate transformation outputs (dashboards, models, workflows) into measurable business outcomes (efficiency gains, reduced downtime, safety improvements).Monitor ROI and continuously refine project portfolios based on impact.Required Skills & ExperienceProject Management Expertise: 10+ years of experience leading large-scale digital transformation projects, with formal PM qualifications (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).Oil & Gas Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with upstream, midstream, or downstream processes, including exposure to OT data (SCADA, historians, WITSML, Petrel).Cloud & Data Platforms: Proven experience managing projects in Azure, with working knowledge of GCP and SAP integrations.
