Including excellent use of TAS- OQOOD- SMART HUB systems for approving escrow payments.Development advisory: Draft/ approve & issue property condition assessment reports (PCAR). Draft approve & issue contractor technical capability reports (TCR). Draft approve & issue project progress report (PPR). Draft approve & issue Project analysis report (PAR). Ensure a high standard of report output. Draft approve & issue FTA Reports.Risk: Monitor exposure to risk and compliance of respective development advisory department.Training: In house training will be given.Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this roleUniversity Degree Engineering field.
