Project Manager

Our client is a leading construction firm based in Dubai renowned for their commitment to quality, innovation and sustainability and is seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to oversee a construction project in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills and a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion. Develop and implement project plans, schedules and budgets. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors and other stakeholders. Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project objectives are met. Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management. Ensure effective communication and collaboration among all project team members. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry. Proven experience in managing large‑scale construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and legal regulations. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities.
