Project Manager Civil

Position: Project Manager - CivilExperience: Minimum 12 yearsLocation: Dubai UAESalary Range: AED 35000 - 45000 (Negotiable - Subject to performance in the Interview)Joining: Immediate to 30 daysKey Responsibilities:Oversee and manage civil engineering aspects of high-rise building projects ensuring successful delivery on time within scope and on budget.Lead project teams and coordinate with various stakeholders including architects consultants contractors and regulatory authorities.Review and approve engineering designs construction plans and project specifications.Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with all building codes safety standards and regulations.Manage and control project resources budgets and timelines.Troubleshoot and resolve engineering and construction-related issues as they arise.Ensure quality control procedures are followed reviewing materials methods and progress to maintain high standards.Prepare and submit regular progress reports highlighting any risks and mitigation strategies.Liaise with senior management and project owners to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.Ensure that all documentation including drawings change orders and contracts are kept up to date and archived properly.Requirements:Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (Masters or higher degree preferred).Applicants with FIDIC contract experienceA minimum of 12 years of experience in managing civil engineering projects with a specific focus on high-rise buildings (G10 and above).Proven experience in managing projects from concept to completion including approvals design and construction phases.Strong knowledge of local building codes regulations and quality standards.Excellent project management skills including budgeting scheduling and resource allocation.Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to oversee large teams and collaborate effectively with other departments.Proficient in using civil engineering software such as AutoCAD Primavera or MS Project.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic knowledge is a plus).Proven track record of delivering large-scale high-rise building projects on time and within budget.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with reputable construction companies in the UAE or GCC region.Knowledge of sustainability practices in civil engineering.PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
