Leverage your abilities and join the dynamic team of a leading company specializing in the construction industry (GCC Experience Required).The Project Manager will lead and oversee administrative, and housing building projects from inception through handover.The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise in civil construction, and extensive experience delivering projects under Saudi Aramco standards and procedures.Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.Key AccountabilitiesOversee full-cycle project execution from initiation through closeoutManage resources, contracts, schedules, and budgets to ensure project successCollaborate with engineering, procurement, and regulatory teams to ensure complianceMonitor cost, time, and scope performance indicators and lead corrective actions as neededProvide leadership in resolving technical and operational issuesDeliver regular progress reports to internal stakeholders and senior managementKnowledge, Skills, and ExperienceBachelors in Civil Engineering; MBA is a plus.15 to 20 years overall experience, with a minimum of 7 years in a senior project leadership role on civil projects.Certifications: Recognized project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
