Apt Resources is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager specializing in the Construction, Contracting, and Facilities Industries to join our client's dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage and oversee a variety of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of project management, from initiation through to completion, while working closely with clients, contractors, and team members.ResponsibilitiesDeveloping and managing project plans, schedules, and budgetsLeading project meetings and ensuring effective communication among all stakeholdersOverseeing the selection and management of subcontractors and suppliersMonitoring project progress and making adjustments as necessary to stay on trackEnsuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standardsPreparing project documentation, including progress reports, budgets, and forecastsIdentifying and mitigating project risks and issuesEstablishing effective relationships with clients and ensuring customer satisfactionRequirementsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related fieldMinimum of 7 years of experience in project management within the construction, contracting, or facilities industriesExcellent leadership and team management skillsOutstanding communication and negotiation skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlinesProficiency in project management softwareUnderstanding of relevant laws and regulations in the construction industryShould have experience in building villa hotelsMinimum 8 Years in GCC MarketCandidates with Hotel/Resorts Projects experience is added advantage.Must have degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil EngineeringBenefitsSalary commensurate with experience.#J-18808-Ljbffr
