Responsibilities and qualifications are described below.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information TechnologySignificant experience in Risk & Compliance projects10+ Years of overall IT experience with minimum of 5 years in Banking sector.Good understanding of internationally accepted Project Management Principles, Methodologies (Waterfall, Hybrid or Agile) and Practices (PMI Certification or equivalent is an advantage).Techno Functional and ability to engage with cross functional teams, problem solving and good negotiation skillsHands on experience in handling Microsoft Project (MPP knowledge is a must).Strong verbal and written communication with proven ability to manage stakeholders at various levels (Including business heads, functional heads and other senior managers).Creates and executes project work plan along with the team and closely monitoring the deliverables.Manages day to day operation aspects of a project. Should be able to identify issues, challenges upfront and ensure mitigation by timely escalation.Known for delivery high quality deliverables that meet or exceed timeline and budgetary targets.Creates and executes project work plan along with the team and closely monitoring the deliverables.Responsibility for appropriately revising the plan to meet changing needs or requirements.Manages day to day operation aspects of a project.
