Project Manager (Fitout)

An established Interior Fitout Company in Dubai is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee client accounts, manage project execution and ensure seamless coordination between internal departments. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills and a solid background in interior fit-out joinery retail furniture or luxury brand shop fitting.Key ResponsibilitiesManage key client accounts from initial brief to final installation.Oversee estimating quoting prototype presentation production and installation processes.Maintain strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities.Translate client requirements into internal briefs through formal meetings.Prepare accurate performance reports and present new concepts aligned with brand standards.Participate in design development and pre-production meetings.Create project plans and assign tasks and requirements to relevant departments.Review BOQs production processes and cutting lists for accuracy.Coordinate with estimating production and logistics teams to ensure on-time and cost-effective delivery.Monitor project progress and expedite workflows to address delays.Ensure all work meets client expectations, timeframes and budgets.Submit invoices and required documentation promptly and accurately.RequirementsProven experience in project and client account management within interior fit-out or related fields.Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.Knowledge of production processes, logistics, estimating, and project planning tools.Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.Strong attention to detail in BOQs, reports and budgets.Solid understanding of project financials and invoicing.#J-18808-Ljbffr
