Project Manager-Healthcare Background

This role involves leading the project team from initiation to completion, ensuring that project objectives are met within scope, time, cost, and quality constraints. The project manager is responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring all aspects of the project, managing resources, coordinating team members and consultants, maintaining documentation, tracking KPIs and expenditures, resolving issues and risks, and ensuring adherence to project methodology.
