Job Title: Project Manager Infrastructure ConstructionLocation: United Arab Emirates (UAE)Reports To: Operations ManagerIndustry: Infrastructure ConstructionEmployment Type: Full-TimePosition SummaryOur client is looking for a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to lead and manage infrastructure construction projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing and delivering projects on time, within budget and in compliance with quality and safety standards. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders including clients, consultants, subcontractors and government authorities.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the planning and execution of infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, utilities and public works.Develop detailed project plans, schedules and resource allocation strategies.Monitor project progress and performance ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets and specifications.Coordinate with engineering, procurement and construction teams to ensure seamless project delivery.Manage subcontractors and vendors ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and quality standards.Conduct regular site inspections and ensure strict adherence to HSE (Health Safety and Environment) regulations.Prepare and present project reports, progress updates and risk assessments to senior management and clients.Liaise with government authorities and ensure compliance with UAE construction laws and permitting processes.QualificationsBachelor s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification is preferred.Minimum 8 years of experience in infrastructure construction with at least 3 years in a project management role in the UAE or GCC.Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale infrastructure projects.Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations, safety standards and contract management.Proficiency in project management tools.Excellent leadership, communication and problem‑solving skills.Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive tax‑free salaryHousing and transportation allowanceAnnual air tickets and medical insuranceEnd‑of‑service benefits as per UAE labor law#J-18808-Ljbffr
