Project Manager - Landscaping

Black & Grey HR is recruiting on behalf of a leading client in the landscaping industry based in Dubai. We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee construction and landscaping projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning budgeting scheduling and ensuring compliance with industry standards while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesFull project lifecycle management from planning to execution and delivery ensuring compliance with codes/regulations.Manage budgets cost control and financial reporting implementing cost-saving measures.Enforce quality standards through inspections and audits.Develop/maintain project schedules adjusting as needed to meet deadlines.Negotiate/manage contracts with vendors contractors and suppliers.Lead cross-functional teams fostering collaboration and resolving issues.Maintain stakeholder communication providing progress updates to management/clients.Identify risks propose solutions and ensure timely project completion.Ensure proper documentation and adherence to HSE/security policies.Comply with company information security policies and procedures.RequirementsBachelor s in Engineering.5 years in construction/landscaping project management with experience in luxury pools/lagoons a strong plus.Strong budgeting scheduling and contract management skills.Proven track record of managing end-to-end construction projects.Excellent communication organizational and leadership skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.BenefitsOpportunity to work with a leading landscaping company in Dubai.Dynamic work environment with career growth prospects.Competitive salary and benefits.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable landscaping company and contribute to high-impact innovative construction projects across the UAE.
