The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, coordinating with clients, vendors, and on-site teams, and ensuring flawless execution from conception to completion.ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and monitor projects related to marble installation, fabrication, and supply.Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met.Liaise with clients, architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project flow.Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with specifications.Manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective project delivery.Resolve any on-site issues, delays, or quality concerns promptly.Ensure all work adheres to industry standards, safety regulations, and client expectations.Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.RequirementsProven experience as a Project Manager in the marble/stone industry.Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).Strong knowledge of marble fabrication, installation techniques, and material sourcing.Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar).Problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail.Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.BenefitsAttractive Salary + Benefits#J-18808-Ljbffr
