Project Manager – Oil& Gas- EPC Projects

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver large-scale EPC projects within the Oil & Gas sector. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing complex engineering and construction projects with strong exposure to ADNOC and UAE-based EPC environments.This role is responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle ensuring delivery within approved scope budget schedule and quality standards while maintaining strict compliance with safety and contractual requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the complete EPC project lifecycle from initiation to handoverControl project scope schedule cost and resource allocationCoordinate cross-functional engineering procurement and construction teamsServe as the primary point of contact between clients consultants subcontractors and internal stakeholdersEnsure compliance with HSE ADNOC and contractual standardsReview engineering deliverables construction progress and procurement activitiesIdentify risks implement mitigation strategies and resolve technical challengesPrepare and present detailed progress and performance reports to senior managementOversee subcontracting procurement and documentation control processesEnsure successful project close-out and client handoverRequirementsBachelors Degree in Engineering (mandatory)Minimum 15 years of total experience including 8 years in Oil & GasAt least 5 years as Project Manager on EPC projectsADNOC project experience preferredProven track record managing large-scale EPC projects for reputable clientsStrong leadership stakeholder management and commercial awareness#J-18808-Ljbffr
