Location: Sharjah UAEJob SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead a major Waste to Energy PMC (Project Management Consultancy) project in the UAE. This senior-level role will be responsible for overall project delivery stakeholder coordination site supervision and ensuring compliance with all engineering quality and HSE standards. The selected candidate will also assume the role of Construction Manager on site.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the planning, execution, monitoring and completion of the Waste to Energy project.Serve as both Project Manager and Construction Manager to streamline project delivery.Supervise all phases of the project including design review, procurement coordination and site management.Coordinate effectively with EPC contractors, consultants and client representatives.Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations and schedule.Perform constructability reviews and track progress against approved baselines.Proactively promote a strong HSE culture and ensure all activities follow international and local safety norms.Prepare progress reports, resolve project risks and issues and manage resource allocation.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical or Electrical) from an accredited university.A Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management or Engineering Management is desirable.PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials are preferred.Additional InformationMinimum 12 years of relevant engineering and construction experience.Minimum 5 years working with a PMC or engineering consultant in a similar role.Prior experience in Waste to Energy projects is strongly preferred.Familiarity with international construction practices, advanced project management tools and environmental engineering principles.Prior Middle East experience is essential.Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.Remote WorkNoEmployment TypeFull-time#J-18808-Ljbffr
