The ideal candidate should have experience in managing projects, with excellent project planning and communication skills.ResponsibilitiesManage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring they are delivered on time and within budgetMonitor and report on project progress, budgeting and schedulingLead meetings with key stakeholders to review progress and make decisionsIdentify risks associated with the projects, develop mitigation strategies and track resolution of issuesDevelop plans for resource allocation, task delegation, timelines and quality controlEnsure that resources are properly utilized throughout the duration of the projectsNegotiate contracts with suppliers and vendorsDevelop comprehensive project documentation including plans, reports, budgets, etc.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Project Management or related field5+ years of experience managing projects in a professional environmentExcellent problem-solving skills with an attention to detailStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teamsAbility to work independently as well as manage teams effectivelyAbility to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels including executive managementWe are open to considering foreign applicants for this position.
