Job Summary:We are looking for an energetic results-oriented individual to join our team as a promoter in our Cosmetics Division. This is a dynamic role suited to anyone with a passion for beauty products customer service and sales. As a key ambassador of our cosmetic brands you will play an essential part in driving product awareness conducting product demonstrations and achieving sales targets across various retail locations. This opportunity is ideal for someone personable organised and motivated to provide an exceptional customer experience in line with our company’s standards.Key Responsibilities: Cosmetics Sales Product Promotion & Customer EngagementPromote a range of cosmetic products to customers in retail settings actively demonstrating key features and benefits to drive interest and conversion.Achieve and exceed individual sales targets by adopting consultative selling techniques and identifying customer needs.Deliver excellent customer service by providing knowledgeable advice answering product-related queries and ensuring all customers leave satisfied with their experience.Maintain and merchandise displays in accordance with company guidelines for maximum visual appeal and stock availability.Proactively engage with customers to build brand loyalty and communicate ongoing promotions events or new product launches.Gather and relay customer feedback to line managers contributing ideas for continuous improvement and product innovation.Ensure all activities comply with health and safety data protection and brand guidelines at all times.Required Skills: Cosmetics Industry Knowledge Sales Techniques & CommunicationPrevious experience in retail beauty cosmetics or a promotional environment is preferred.Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to engage confidently with a diverse range of customers.Ability to conduct live product demonstrations and explain features in a clear and engaging manner.Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and navigate a fast-paced retail environment.Self-motivated with the capability to work independently and as part of a team towards shared goals.Personal Attributes: Customer Focus Presentation & AdaptabilityPolished personal presentation reflecting the standards of leading cosmetic brands.Enthusiastic attitude and an approachable friendly demeanour.Ability to adapt and respond to evolving customer preferences and business needs.Respectful inclusive and collaborative approach in all interactions with colleagues and customers.#J-18808-Ljbffr
