The role is centred on<b>inbound + outbound appointment setting</b>, follow-ups, building rapport with prospects, ensuring high show-up rates, and maintaining a clean, organised workflow.</p><p>Success means confidently speaking with warm and cold leads, deeply understanding client needs, qualifying them effectively, and booking them into consultations or strategy calls with high conversion rates. You must be proactive, structured, and excellent with communication.</p><h3><b>Key Responsibilities</b></h3><ul><li>Handle<b>inbound and outbound calls</b>to engage leads and qualify interest</li><li>Build rapport quickly and guide prospects through next steps with confidence</li><li><b>Book demos, consultations, and Zoom sessions</b>with the sales or advisory team</li><li>Maintain<b>high show-up rates</b>through structured reminders and personalised follow-up sequences</li><li>Conduct<b>lead qualification</b>using clear frameworks and client criteria</li><li>Manage and update pipelines including:</li><li><ul><li>Call logs</li><li>Notes</li><li>Lead statuses</li><li>Performance tracking dashboards</li></ul></li><li>Use the phone dialer for outbound calls and follow-ups</li><li>Respond to inbound questions via phone, email, WhatsApp, SMS, or platform messaging</li><li>Prepare light daily or weekly reports: leads handled, demos booked, show-up rates, and conversion outcomes</li><li>Coordinate closely with the sales team to refine processes and improve booking efficiency</li><li>Uphold brand tone, professionalism, and relationship-building best practices</li></ul><h3><b>Qualifications</b></h3><ul><li>Minimum<b>1–2 years’ experience</b>in appointment setting, client relationship roles, or sales support</li><li>Strong preference for experience in<b>property, real estate investment, or related services</b></li><li>Proven ability to<b>qualify leads</b>, overcome objections, and confidently handle calls</li><li>Excellent spoken English with a clear, persuasive communication style</li><li>Experience with Go High Level (GHL)<b>(or similar tool)</b>including CRM, pipelines, tagging, workflow navigation, and basic reporting.</li><li>Comfortable with outbound dialers (GHL phone dialer or similar)</li><li>Highly organised, self-managed and motivated, and consistent with follow-ups</li><li>Available full time (40 hours/week) working the client’s core timezone</li><li>Fast and reliable internet; your own laptop/desktop; quiet workspace; quality headset/microphone</li></ul><h3><b>Compensation&Benefits</b></h3><ul><li>Competitive base salary</li><li>Direct contract with an established, rapidly growing property investment business</li><li>Strong growth potential into senior client-facing or sales roles</li><li>Internal training and support</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
