Proposal Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Proposal Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, specializing in finishing, fit-out, and decoration projects.The role involves preparing technical and commercial proposals, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting tender submissions from initial inquiry through final submission. This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse and high-quality interior and fit-out projects within a professional and growing organization.Working hours: Sunday–Thursday,8 AM– 5 PM.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and submit technical and commercial proposals for fit-out and finishing projectsReview and analyze tender documents, drawings, and specificationsCoordinate with estimation, engineering, procurement, and site teamsPrepare method statements, material submittals, and compliance statementsAssist in preparing BOQs, cost breakdowns, and value engineering proposalsSupport tender clarifications and post-tender activitiesEnsure timely submission of proposals in compliance with client requirementsSkillsStrong experience in fit-out, finishing, and decoration worksProficient in AutoCAD and MS OfficeAbility to read and interpret construction and shop drawingsGood understanding of tendering procedures in Saudi ArabiaCoordination and communication skillsTime management and ability to work under pressureSite experience and practical construction knowledgeBachelor’s degree in engineering or related fieldMinimum 5+ years' experience in proposal engineering for fit-out projectsEnglish language proficiency (Arabic is a plus)Ability to work in Riyadh#J-18808-Ljbffr
