PS Project Manager

As a PS Project Manager, you’ll embody these principles—driving transformational results for customers, collaborating seamlessly across teams, and leading with empathy to deliver Experience as a Service.* Proven track record of delivering complex IT or Contact Center transformation projects, ideally in **CX, telecommunications, cloud, or CRM environments**.* Strong experience in managing multi-stakeholder engagements and cross-functional delivery teams.* Solid understanding of project financials (budgeting, forecasting, revenue recognition).* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills in both English and Arabic.* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and deliver under pressure.* Proficiency in MS Project, MS Office suite, and other project management or collaboration tools.- **Education & Experience:** Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Management, or equivalent field with **8+ years** of relevant project management experience; OR Master’s Degree with **3+ years** of relevant experience.* **Project Management Certification:** PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent.* **Genesys Cloud Certification:** e.g., Genesys Cloud Professional.* Familiarity with Genesys CX solutions or similar cloud-based contact center platforms.* Experience with Agile delivery approaches or hybrid project environments.### Join our Talent Community.Genesys(R) empowers more than 8,000 organizations worldwide to create the best customer and employee experiences.
