Public Relations Officer

We are seeking an experienced PRO to handle all government-related approvals, NOCs, permits, and inspection submissions for residential buildings and villa construction projects. The role ensures full compliance with Master Developer, TKS, RTA, DCD, DU/ETI, and other relevant authorities.Key Responsibilities:Submit daily inspection requests to authorities and follow up on approvals.Process and obtain NOCs for:Night construction activitiesDewateringTemporary access (ROW), fences, and site access (RTA)DU cable connection to site officeInfrastructure works (roads, drainage, water, firefighting, gas, telecom, streetlighting, irrigation, security)Coordinate MSAP (2 Engineers required) and SARS (1 HSE Engineer required) registrations.Track validity and renewals of permits and approvals.Maintain proper documentation and compliance records.Requirements:3–5 years PRO experience in construction projects.Strong knowledge of government portals and authority procedures.Experience handling NOCs, ROW permits, and DCD approvals.Good communication and follow-up skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
