About the job PURCHASE OFFICER-HOSPITALITYWe are looking for a Purchase In-Charge to oversee the procurement of food, beverages, and other supplies for our client's restaurant. The ideal candidate will have experience in F&B purchasing, vendor management, and cost control, ensuring high-quality ingredients and materials are sourced efficiently while maintaining budgetary targets.Key Responsibilities:Identify and establish relationships with reliable suppliers and vendors.Negotiate pricing and contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness.Manage inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.Monitor market trends, pricing fluctuations, and availability of key ingredients.Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.Coordinate with the kitchen and management team to align purchases with operational needs.Track and analyze purchasing data to optimize costs and reduce waste.Process purchase orders, invoices, and maintain accurate records.Requirements:Proven experience in purchasing/procurement within a restaurant, hospitality, or F&B environment.Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.Knowledge of food safety regulations and inventory management.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.Experience with procurement software or systems is a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
