QA/QC PLC Automation Technician

We are currently looking for a QA/QC PLC Automation Technician who is passionate about quality, detail-oriented, and ready to take on a challenging role in PLC panel assembly supervision.Role OverviewAs a QA/QC PLC Automation Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our PLC panel assemblies meet the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for supervising assembly works, performing quality checks, and ensuring strict adherence to design and safety standards.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise PLC panel assembly activities to ensure compliance with design drawings and technical specifications.Conduct thorough QA/QC inspections, including wiring accuracy, functionality tests, and documentation reviews.Perform PLC panel power-up, IO checkout, logic/HMI internal testing, and support Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) both internally and with clients.Collaborate with the design team for red markups and resolve any discrepancies in drawings or wiring.Prepare detailed progress and quality reports, highlighting key metrics and improvement areas.Ensure all work complies with QCS2014 and established safety protocols.Maintain proper documentation of all inspections, test procedures, and findings.Qualifications & Skills RequiredDiploma in Electrical, Instrumentation, Automation, or related technical field.7-8 years of hands‑on experience in QA/QC roles within automation, PLC panel assembly, or system integrator environments.Strong knowledge of PLC wiring techniques, industrial automation standards, and schematic interpretation.Proficient in reading and analyzing design drawings, electrical schematics, and wiring diagrams.Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.Preferred: Valid Qatar Visa with NOC and driving license.Why Join Us?Work with industry leaders in automation and digital transformation.Gain exposure to cutting‑edge technologies and challenging projects.Competitive compensation and professional growth opportunities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
