QAQC Civil Engineer

Stantec is currently looking for an QA/QC Engineer to join our dynamic site team and support on a construction supervision project in Ras Al Khaimah. Responsibilities: Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures. Collaborate with project teams to ensure quality standards are met and maintained throughout project lifecycle. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions. Monitor and report on quality performance metrics. Stay updated on industry standards and regulations. Lead quality inspections and ISO audits for all projects.Review and approve contractors QA/QC procedures ITPs and method statements.Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures.Work closely with project teams to ensure quality standards are met and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address any quality issues.Monitor and report on quality performance metrics to management.Stay updated on industry standards and regulations to ensure compliance. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field.Professional certifications in quality management and auditing are preferred.Minimum of 10 years of experience in QAQC preferably in utilities and infrastructure projects (Required)Demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively collaborate with project teams and stakeholdersStrong knowledge of quality control procedures and standards.Experience in leading quality inspections and ISO audits (Preferred)Ability to review and approve contractors QA/QC procedures ITPs and method statements (Preferred)Proven track record in developing and implementing quality control plans and procedures.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to conduct root cause analysis.Proficient in monitoring and reporting on quality performance metrics.Up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and regulations.Strong communication and leadership skills.Professional certifications in quality management and auditing (preferred)MUST HAVE experience working with supervision consultantsMUST HAVE full and complete knowledge of existing infrastructure networks in the UAEValid drivers license (Preferred) Key Skills Corporate Communications,Apache Commons,Community Support,Jira,Java Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
