QAQC Engineer

Job Title - QA/QC EngineerAbout the RoleWe are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented QA/QC Engineer to ensure that all construction activities comply with approved quality standards, project specifications and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesQuality Assurance & Control:Develop, implement and monitor project quality plans, procedures and checklists.Conduct inspections and tests on materials, workmanship and construction activities.Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications and method statements.Site Inspections & Monitoring:Perform routine site inspections and document findings.Identify non-conformities and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions.Coordinate with site teams to maintain quality standards across all disciplines.Documentation & Reporting:Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, inspection reports and test records.Review material submittals, method statements and inspection requests.Maintain records for audits and project handover.Coordination & Compliance:Liaise with consultants, contractors and internal teams on quality-related matters.Support internal and external quality audits.Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes and industry standards.Handover & Close-Out:Assist in final inspections and snag list closures.Ensure quality documentation is complete for project handover.Support project close-out and final acceptance processes.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.37 years of QA/QC experience in construction projects.Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, inspection processes and standards.Experience in residential, commercial or infrastructure projects preferred.Key Skills & CompetenciesStrong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.Knowledge of construction quality standards and inspection techniques.Proficiency in MS Office and quality documentation systems.Excellent communication and coordination abilities.Ability to work effectively on-site and with cross‑functional teams.What We OfferOpportunity to work on diverse construction projects.Competitive compensation and benefits.Career growth and learning opportunities.Professional and collaborative work environment.Apply now!#J-18808-Ljbffr
