Quality Control Manager– Fit-Out

With a decade of experience in the region and a team that possesses extensive knowledge of the market, we provide a fully integrated HR solution.We are currently recruiting for a Quality Control Manager– Fit-Out for our client to be based out of their Dubai Office.Purpose-The Quality Control Manager – Fit-Out is responsible for establishing, implementing, and monitoring quality standards across all interior fit-out projects, ensuring works are executed in compliance with approved drawings, specifications, ITPs, authority requirements, and client expectations.Responsibility-Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Plan (PQP).Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 Quality Management System requirements.Prepare, review, and implement ITPs, method statements, checklists, and quality procedures specific to fit-out works.Conduct regular site inspections to ensure works comply with approved drawings, mock-ups, samples, and specifications.Monitor quality of joinery, finishes, flooring, ceilings, wall finishes, furniture, and MEP coordination.Ensure proper implementation of approved materials and finishes.Coordinate with consultants and clients for inspections and approvals.Manage WIRs, MIRs, IRs, and snagging activities.Close out NCRs, observations, and punch lists within agreed timelines.Review and approve material submittals, samples, and shop drawings from a quality perspective.Evaluate subcontractors’ quality performance and compliance.Ensure factory inspections for joinery and bespoke items, when required.Ensure snag‑free completion prior to handover.Coordinate final inspections, authority approvals, and as‑built documentation.Support DLP management and post‑handover quality issues.Prepare quality reports, dashboards, and lessons learned.Identify recurring quality issues and implement corrective actions.Train project teams on quality procedures and best practices.Skills-Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.+20 years of experience in interior fit‑out projects.Strong UAE experience with consultant‑led projects.Proven experience in high‑end commercial, hospitality, retail, or residential fit‑out.In‑depth knowledge of fit‑out materials, finishes, workmanship standards, and tolerances.Strong understanding of QA/QC documentation and procedures.Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, document control systems.#J-18808-Ljbffr
