Quantitative Trader Dubai / Remote

<p>We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Quantitative Trader to manage and optimize an algorithmic, delta-neutral strategies portfolio. You will be responsible for managing backtest schedules, allocating capital to existing strategies, and automating processes to ensure efficiency. This role is highly technical and requires a strong analytical mindset, focus, and the ability to take ownership of tasks in a fast-paced environment.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ol><li>Allocate capital across a portfolio of existing algorithmic strategies based on performance and risk metrics.</li><li>Manage and monitor backtest schedules, ensuring timely execution and reporting of results.</li><li>Analyze backtest results and provide actionable insights to improve strategy performance.</li><li>Automate processes for portfolio allocation, backtest scheduling, and reporting.</li><li>Monitor and optimize strategy execution in line with market microstructure and high-frequency trading dynamics.</li><li>Collaborate with the core team to enhance operational workflows and improve existing tools.</li></ol><h3>Qualifications</h3><h3>Technical Requirements:</h3><ol><li>Proficiency in<strong>Python</strong>for automation, data analysis, and process optimization.</li><li>Strong experience with<strong>SQL</strong>and<strong>ClickHouse</strong>for querying and managing large datasets.</li><li>Familiarity with<strong>Grafana</strong>or similar tools for monitoring and analyzing key metrics.</li><li>Basic understanding of high-frequency trading dynamics and market microstructure.</li><li>Experience working with backtesting engines and execution models.</li><li>Practical understanding of capital allocation frameworks and portfolio optimization.</li><li>Daily use of modern AI tools is a must.</li></ol><h3>Personal Requirements:</h3><ol><li>Strong analytical mindset and the ability to solve complex problems systematically.</li><li>Highly detail-oriented and disciplined, capable of managing multiple tasks independently.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to automate workflows and optimize processes.</li><li>Ambition and eagerness to learn and grow rapidly within the team.</li><li>Competitive mindset with a proven<strong>history of success</strong>in challenging endeavors such as math competitions, programming contests, or significant GitHub projects or successful quantitative experience in prior similar roles.</li><li>Strong sense of ownership, consistently driving tasks to completion without supervision.</li><li>This role reports directly to the Managing Partner/Head of Trading, offering tremendous growth opportunities.</li><li><strong>Rust</strong>knowledge is a strong plus.</li><li>Expertise in applying AI tools to finance is an edge.</li><li>Preference for candidates in the Dubai timezone, with an even stronger preference for those based in Dubai.</li></ol><p>Good English is a plus, but day-to-day most team members speak Russian.</p>#J-18808-Ljbffr
