The successful candidate will have extensive experience in house connections, pumping stations, and Dubai Municipality projects.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare accurate cost estimates and bills of quantities for construction projectsConduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with project specifications and budgetReview and evaluate contractor's payment applications and variationsNegotiate and settle final accounts with contractorsProvide cost advice and value engineering solutions to clientsPrepare and maintain project cost reports and budgetsCollaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective project deliveryKeep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in construction costsEnsure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and standardsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related fieldDubai Municipality Approval is a mustMinimum of 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in Dubai Municipality projectsExtensive knowledge of house connections, pumping stations, and other infrastructure projectsStrong understanding of construction contracts and procurement processesExcellent communication and negotiation skillsProficient in using quantity surveying software and toolsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAttention to detail and strong analytical skillsContract DetailsThis is a full-time position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
