The role ensures precise measurement, cost control, and documentation in accordance with project requirements and engineering standards.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><p>Perform quantity take-offs and measurements for construction and civil works projects.</p><p>Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), material take-off sheets, and cost-related schedules.</p><p>Assist in preparing periodic quantity and cost reports for ongoing projects.</p><p>Use quantity surveying software and engineering measurement tools efficiently.</p><p>Coordinate with site engineers, project teams, and other stakeholders to verify quantities and project data.</p><p>Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project specifications and drawings.</p><p>Maintain organized records of measurements, calculations, and reports.</p><p>Support the project team in achieving cost efficiency and timely reporting.</p><h3>Job Requirements</h3><p>Saudi nationality (mandatory).</p><p>Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in:</p><ul><li>Quantity Surveying</li><li>Civil Engineering</li><li>A related construction discipline.</li></ul><p>Practical experience or basic knowledge in quantity surveying for construction projects.</p><p>Proficiency in quantity surveying software and engineering measurement tools.</p><p>Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under time constraints.</p><p>Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.</p><p>Willingness and readiness to join immediately.</p><h3>Skills&Competencies</h3><ul><li>Quantity measurement and cost calculation</li><li>Engineering drawings interpretation</li><li>Reporting and documentation</li><li>Time management and accuracy</li><li>Teamwork and coordination</li><li>Basic construction cost control principles</li></ul><h3>Additional Notes</h3><p>This position is open exclusively to Saudi nationals.</p><p>Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for interviews.</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
