R&D Chemical Engineer (Organic Pesticides / Fertilizer)

Our client is a company operating in the agricultural inputs and specialty chemicals sector, focused on the development of organic fertilizers and sustainable crop nutrition solutions. The organization specializes in advanced formulations designed to improve nutrient availability, soil health, and agricultural productivity.They are looking for a Chemist Engineer to join their team in the Abha area (Saudi Arabia), supporting research, formulation development, and laboratory analysis for innovative organic agricultural products.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and optimize liquid and solid organic fertilizer formulations.Conduct laboratory experiments, testing product performance and stability.Evaluate the physical and chemical properties of raw materials and finished products.Support quality control and formulation improvement processes.Collaborate with technical teams to ensure scalable and efficient product development.QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in organic fertilizers, biofertilizers, or organic pesticides.Experience in formulation development, laboratory testing, and raw material analysis.Knowledge of organic production standards and certifications (such as OMRI or equivalent).Experience or familiarity with micronutrient chelation, calcium complexation, organic nitrogen formulations, or organic acidulation of rock phosphate.What the Company OffersOpportunity to work on innovative projects supporting sustainable agriculture.Exposure to specialized formulation technologies in a growing sector.Support with documentation and administrative processes related to relocation and employment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
