Real Estate Trainer

Mira Academy is a training hub for real estate professionals, where we combine practical industry insights with modern educational methods. We are expanding our team and looking for a dynamic, engaging, and responsible Real Estate Trainer to lead our real estate training programs for beginners.We are looking for an energetic and passionate Trainer who will conduct offline classes based on our established training materials (developed together with our Methodologist). The ideal candidate is someone who truly takes ownership of the learning process, works closely with our academic team, and is committed to delivering an excellent training experience.ResponsibilitiesConduct in-person classes at Mira Academy according to approved training materialsOrganize and oversee the full learning process from start to finishEngage and support students throughout the training programContinuously learn and adapt to new subjects and areas of knowledge as neededRequirements3+ years of experience in training, adult education, or Learning & DevelopmentProven ability to teach or mentor adults (soft skills, onboarding, professional courses, etc.)Strong communication and presentation skillsProactive, adaptable, and enthusiastic personalityComfortable taking full ownership of the learning processExperience or interest in real estate is a plus, but not requiredFluent in English (Russian is an advantage but not mandatory)BenefitsFull-time, on-site position in Dubai6 days per week (Saturday flexible; some remote work possible on weekends)Opportunity to grow within an expanding real estate academySupport and mentoring during the onboarding periodA collaborative and dynamic team cultureDear Candidates, due to a high volume of applications, only selected candidates will be contacted for interviews.
