Chalhoub Group is proud to be a member of the United Nations Global Compact, a signatory of the Women’s Empowerment Principles, and to have pledged to reach Net Zero by 2040.What You\'ll Be DoingOur Commercial Manager is responsible for maximizing commercial performance, driving customer, partnership and people experience across multiple beauty stores.Drive execution of brand strategy across the network in alignment with overall objectivesPartner with Marketing to ensure full rollout of marketing and customer experience initiativesEnsure adherence to brand guidelines, tailored to each marketAlign with Commercial teams on annual sales planning and target settingMonitor discounts, margins, and profitability to sustain business performanceTrack sell-out performance and stock levels, proactively managing shortages and risksReview orders and update Merchandising on stock status and potential gapsAnalyze market trends, competitor activity, and performance insightsDeliver data-driven commercial reports (quantitative and qualitative)Set and monitor individual and team sales targets across the organizationOwn and manage the brand P&L and overall financial performanceEvaluate brand performance and recommend strategic actionsManage resources effectively within approved budgetsProvide accurate and timely financial updates to managementDevelop, coach, and motivate team members to drive performance and engagementMonitor team performance and conduct regular feedback and appraisalsDrive overall sales performance across the regionLead and develop a large retail team (direct and indirect reports)Ensure strong commercial and financial acumen across store operationsMaintain strong market awareness with a proactive field presenceIdentify market opportunities and provide relevant market intelligenceFoster cross-functional collaboration and initiativesStrengthen category understanding and overall business performanceWhat You\'ll Need To SucceedExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levelsBackground in retail, preferably within the beauty industry; FMCG profiles may be considered with strong retail exposureStrong market awareness with a hands-on, field-oriented approachDemonstrated team leadership skills with a proactive and collaborative approachProven commercial mindset with solid financial acumen to drive performance and deliver resultWhat We Can Offer YouWith us, you will turn your aspirations into reality.
