Job Description

We are seeking a Regional Export Manager responsible for the Middle East markets to join our company operating in the food ingredients industry with strong expertise in dairy applications and ice cream solutions.The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and developing export activities across the assigned international markets.Work ModelCandidates who are able to work within a home office (remote) working model covering the Middle East markets.Language RequirementsAdvanced Arabic proficiency (spoken and written) is mandatory.English proficiency is a strong advantage.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and develop export sales activities in assigned countries in line with annual and periodic sales targets.Build and manage distributor, customer and agent networks to ensure sustainable and long-term business growth.Lead commercial negotiations, pricing strategies and contract processes within defined authority limits.Coordinate order-to-shipment processes with production planning, logistics and finance teams.Monitor regional sales performance, profitability and market dynamics and report insights to senior management.Conduct market, competitor and price analyses to identify risks and growth opportunities.Maintain active field presence through regular customer and distributor visits across the assigned regions.Coordinate product applications, trials and technical discussions related to food ingredients with internal technical teams.Actively participate in raw material and product development processes, including on-site product trials and development activities at customer facilities abroad.Participate in international fairs, customer meetings and commercial negotiations.Represent the company internationally in line with brand values, quality standards, food safety regulations and business ethics.QualificationsA minimum of 5 years of hands‑on experience in processed cheese, labneh and/or ice cream manufacturing processes is mandatory.Experience in export or international sales.Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering or strong technical knowledge and field experience as a Food Technician.Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis (up to two weeks per month).Valid driving license with active driving capability.Strong leadership presence, commercial mindset and negotiation skills.Analytical, structured and results‑oriented working approach.Ability to combine technical knowledge of food ingredients with commercial decision‑making.Regional Focus AreasDistributor loyalty and partnership development.Strong field presence and customer engagement.Building trust‑based and long‑term business relationships.#J-18808-Ljbffr
