Job Description
OverviewThe Regional Marketing Manager for the Middle East plays a critical role in translating HKS's global brand strategy into regional impact. Based in Dubai, this role partners with regional leadership, global COEs and practice teams to develop and deliver a regional marketing strategy that elevates HKS's reputation, deepens client relationships, and drives growth across the Middle East and North Africa. This leader will localize the HKS story to resonate with clients, governments and communities across the region, positioning HKS as a trusted advisor and design innovator in the built environment.ResponsibilitiesDevelops and executes an annual Middle East marketing plan aligned with regional growth goals and firmwide prioritiesLocalizes and activates the HKS brand strategy and messaging to resonate with clients, media and communities within the Middle EastIdentifies and prioritizes growth opportunities across sectors - including Healthcare, Education, Government, Hospitality and Urban DevelopmentEnsures alignment between regional campaigns, practice marketing priorities and global marketing effortsLeads regional marketing campaigns from awareness to ABM and relationship marketing ensuring alignment with the brand and measurable business outcomesCollaborates with the Brand Communications and Digital COEs to create localized content, thought leadership, case studies and digital activations that build visibility and credibilityOversees development and delivery of regionally relevant marketing collateral and digital assetsPartners with the Market Insights COE to track performance of regional campaigns and measure ROI against growth targetsMaintains a clear understanding of market dynamics, competitor activities and emerging opportunitiesProduces quarterly regional marketing reports and insights to inform future strategy and budget allocationActs as the central connector between regional offices, practice teams and global COEsEnsures consistency of voice, design standards and storytelling across all regional touchpointsProvides marketing support and coaching to regional leaders and client‑facing teams ensuring brand‑aligned business development materials and presentationsIdentifies and oversees strategic partnerships, sponsorships and events that elevate HKS's presence across key cities in the region (Dubai, Riyadh, Doha, Abu Dhabi, etc.)Partners with the Events COE to plan and execute high‑profile client events, exhibitions and speaking opportunitiesBuilds relationships with local media, industry associations and academic institutions to increase visibility and thought leadership reachSupports the development and promotion of regional award submissions and showcase opportunitiesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field preferredTypically with 8 years of marketing, brand or communications experience within architecture, design, real estate or professional servicesExperience in InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator graphic softwareProficiency in digital marketing analytics and CRM/marketing automation platformsProficiency in MS Office Suite including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint preferredExperience in managing budgets, agencies and complex cross‑functional initiativesKnowledge of and interest in architecture/interior designProven ability to develop and deliver marketing plans that drive measurable impactProven ability to work across and influence stakeholder groups, functional areas, geographies and differing levels of seniorityStrong understanding of the Middle Eastern market, cultural nuances, audiences and media landscapesStrong understanding of B2B marketing and the intersection of brand, business development and client experienceExcellent attention to detail and commitment to excellenceExcellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all levels of staff and customers; ability to forge trusting relationships within a diverse teamExcellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to adapt complex ideas into compelling narrativesStrong presentation skillsStrong organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects at the same timeAbility to balance global alignment with local relevanceAbility to adapt quickly to changing priorities, markets and technologies while maintaining strategic focusAbility to proactively problem‑solve and apply innovative solutionsAbility to work and collaborate in a team environment and ability to work independently and prioritize workAbility to effectively meet deadlines at expected qualityTravel may be requiredIf you currently work for HKS please submit your application via the Internal Careers Portal.Required ExperienceManager#J-18808-Ljbffr
