Recognized as a Great Place to Work, we're seeking passionate individuals to help shape the future of data security and work towards a safer digital future.The Regional Sales Manager for MENA will be responsible for identifying and driving pipeline growth and executing the sales strategy for Fortanix in the region. The role includes building a sustainable and predictable business, achieving ARR bookings targets, developing pipeline, managing the GTM, and enhancing our solutions' brand presence. A strong understanding of the cybersecurity market is essential, along with a proven track record in new business acquisition and existing customer growth.We are looking for a MENA Regional Sales Manager based in the UAE or KSA with at least 7 years of experience in the IT industry, specifically within enterprise cybersecurity software. This is an individual contributor role, and the ideal candidate will have the following experience:A proven track record of success in achieving sales targets within an acquisition sales environmentExperience in winning new business within large enterprise customersAbility to create and build a new individual pipeline (75%)Experience in developing and executing successful sales plansAbility to drive sales across ecosystem partners (25%)Capacity to translate technology products and solutions into business valueSuccess in high-growth, scale-out business environmentsExperience working with startups or challenger sales brandsAbility to articulate cybersecurity solutions to C-level executives and belowA strategic mindset with tactical execution skillsStrong sales and customer relationship skillsCurrent residency in UAE or KSA with a valid work permitBased in UAE or KSA regionResponsibilities:Develop and implement a business plan for the regionIdentify high-potential customers and manage complex sales cyclesBuild and maintain a robust sales pipelineEstablish and strengthen customer relationshipsIntroduce innovative solutions to market to drive growthProvide accurate sales forecasts and execute regional plansUse consultative sales techniques for enterprise cybersecurity solutionsTravel approximately 70% across key MENA marketsMandatory Requirements:Proven experience in new business sales and developmentHunter sales capabilityStrong knowledge of the MENA market and business landscapeExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to build and maintain customer relationshipsExperience selling enterprise software solutionsKnowledge of data security and complianceFluent in Arabic and EnglishAbility to work independently and remotelyReferencesWe offer a collaborative environment, equity, benefits, competitive salary, and opportunities to shape the future of data security in hybrid cloud, AI, and Post Quantum domains.Quarterly recharge days40 hours of Volunteer Time Off/yearInternet stipendA friendly culture that brings out the best in everyoneFully remote work capabilityFortanix is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
