<div><p>Abu Dhabi Municipality 2 - 6 Yrs As per Industry Standards</p><p>Monitoring and recording vital signs and reporting to the treating physicians for the abnormal values</p><p>Administering prescribed medications</p><p>Monitoring intravenous infusions and parenteral therapies</p><p>Caring of clients with Tracheostomy, gastrostomy and colostomy</p><p>Carrying out nursing care to clients with Pacemaker, peritoneal dialysis, and clients on ventilator</p><p>Delivering nursing care of clients with hemiplegic, paraplegic, Bell’s palsy, cerebral palsy, terminally ill, and elderly etc.</p><p>Caring newborn, pre and post-partum mothers</p><p>Caring of clients with physically challenged and those who need special care at home or at their educational facility</p><p>Delivering simple exercises, helping in ambulation and accompanying clients to social gathering, hospitals, other treatment facilities and outdoors</p><p>Reporting and recording of medical events, procedures and other medical parameters</p><p>Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, and problems in order to report and discuss observations with a supervisor or case manager, or Medical Doctor.</p><p>Bangalore Urban 5 - 9 Yrs As per Industry Standards</p><ul><li>Provide direct nursing care to paediatric patients, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and preparing patients for procedures.</li><li>Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical, emotional, and developmental needs.</li><li>Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.</li><li>Educate patients and families on health issues, treatment plans, and post‑discharge care.</li><li>Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date patient records and documentation.</li><li>Supervise and mentor junior nursing staff and support staff in the Paediatric Ward.</li><li>Participate in quality improvement initiatives and training programs.</li><li>Respond to emergencies in a calm and efficient manner, providing appropriate care.<br/></li><li>Provides age‑specific patient‑centered care utilizing the nursing process.</li><li>Performs patient assessment using appropriate, problem‑focused, and age‑specific assessment techniques.</li><li>Performs continual critical care assessment of patient and family’s physical and psychological needs.</li><li>Involves the patient, significant others, and health care providers in the plan of care when appropriate.</li><li>Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to provide patient care.</li><li>Coordinates and plans critical care/clinical pathway, and prioritizes care based on individual needs. Revise the care plan as necessary.</li><li>Initiates appropriate transfer plan.</li><li>Recognizes subtle cues to anticipate potential problems.</li><li>Documents all relevant data in the medical record according to hospital/departmental standards.</li><li>Ensures availability and maintenance of supplies and equipment needed for the unit and patient care.</li><li>Performs clerical duties when needed.</li><li>Assumes responsibility for meeting Joint Commission International Accreditation (JCIA) required mandatory education (e.g., fire, safety, infection control and others).</li><li>Participates in staff meetings and unit committees/projects.</li><li>Participates in developing and achieving unit goals.</li><li>Maintains a safe environment for patients and staff.</li><li>Performs safe handling and administration of Narcotic/Controlled and Semi‑Controlled Drugs and documentation as directed by policies and procedures.</li><li>Ensures completion of unit competencies i.e. pain management, and utilization of Emergency department devices.</li><li>Maintains clinical and professional competency based on the latest research and established standards of practice.</li><li>Completes yearly, the critical care nursing competencies (basic).</li><li>Participates in unit‑based Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) activities (data collection, CQI teams, incident reporting, customer complaint reporting, medication error reporting etc.).</li><li>Participates in ongoing educational activities.</li><li>Maintains mandatory educational requirements.</li><li>Performs additional duties when required.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
