Our teams work across global markets to deliver essential services that support safe food, clean water, and healthy environments.This role supports our Global Regulatory Affairs initiatives as we build and strengthen our new RA documentation system.What You Will DoCollect, organize, and verify regulatory documents and data requested by the Global team.Populate, maintain, and routinely update a master Excel tracking sheet with high accuracy.Ensure all documents are labeled, structured, and filed in alignment with RA requirements.Follow up with internal stakeholders on pending or missing documents.Support administrative tasks related to regulatory compliance and documentation.Contribute to strengthening data quality and consistency for the new RA System.What’s In It For YouGain hands on exposure to global regulatory documentation processes.Work in a diverse, fast paced environment with opportunities to learn from experienced RA professionals.Develop Excel, data management, and documentation skills essential for regulatory careers.Experience Ecolab’s collaborative, growth focused workplace culture.Minimum QualificationsProficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, formatting, sorting, filtering).
