The role involves oversight of ATEX PED MED and system-level certification activities with a strong focus on HVAC and E&I systems.Key Responsibilities:Ensure compliance with EU directives (Machinery LVD ATEX PED MED CPR).Review and validate vendor documents and equipment certifications.Coordinate with design procurement certification bodies and vendors on compliance deliverables.Lead and support risk assessments and preparation of Declarations of Conformity (DoC).Maintain technical files compliance matrices and traceability documentation.Ensure regulatory alignment with DGUV (V3) and ATEX requirements for E&I systems.Support self-certification for HVAC systems and MC/ITR documentation handover.Track certification progress and identify compliance gaps.Provide training and guidance on CE marking and regulatory requirements.RequirementsDiploma or Bachelors in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in certification CE marking or regulatory compliance for offshore renewable energy or HVDC projects.Strong knowledge of CE marking and EU product safety legislation (ATEX DGUV V3 PED MED CPR).Experience with CoC/DoC validation and technical file preparation.Familiarity with ISO standards and risk assessment methodologies.Excellent coordination documentation and communication skills.
