We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality services while maintaining the highest standards of regulatory compliance and ethical business practices.Role PurposeThe Regulatory Compliance Officer ensures Kaizen AMS remains fully compliant with all relevant regulatory frameworks while enabling operational teams to function efficiently and strategically.This role monitors, interprets, and communicates developments in UAE property and utility regulations including RERA, DEWA, municipal/by-law departments, and other authorities and implements compliance programs that protect the organization, support operational excellence, and uphold Kaizen’s commitment to quality, innovation, and sustainability.The successful candidate will proactively identify regulatory risks, translate complex regulations into clear operational guidance, maintain strong stakeholder relationships, and help embed a culture of compliance across the organization.Regulatory IntelligenceMonitor regulatory authorities (RERA, DEWA, municipalities, and others) for updates and changesAnalyze regulatory developments and communicate operational impacts clearly and promptlyCompliance & Risk ManagementConduct compliance risk assessments and gap analysesImplement corrective actions, controls, and mitigation plansPrepare the organization for audits and regulatory inspectionsPolicy & Process EnhancementUpdate internal policies, SOPs, and manuals in line with regulatory changesEnsure alignment with ISO standards and Kaizen AMS quality frameworksStakeholder CollaborationWork closely with operations, property management, and legal teams to ensure compliance integrationAct as a liaison with regulatory authorities when requiredTraining & AwarenessDevelop and deliver compliance training and awareness programsPromote a culture of ethical conduct and regulatory adherenceStrategic AdvisoryAdvise leadership on regulatory risks and mitigation strategiesProvide actionable compliance insights to support business and operational decisionsBachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Compliance, or a related fieldMinimum 3–5 years of experience in regulatory compliance, preferably in UAE real estate or property managementStrong knowledge of RERA, DEWA, and UAE municipal regulationsExperience with compliance audits, risk assessments, and policy developmentFamiliarity with ISO standards is an advantageARABIC Speakers is a mustUAE Driving License + CarSkills & CompetenciesStrong analytical and interpretation skillsAbility to translate complex regulations into practical guidanceExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsHigh attention to detail and strong ethical standardsAbility to work cross-functionally and influence without authority#J-18808-Ljbffr
