OverviewThe Affiliate Manager will spearhead the growth, oversight, and enhancement of affiliate partnerships throughout Latin American markets. Collaborating with internal teams and global partners, this position emphasizes securing high-quality traffic, fostering strong relationships, and achieving tangible revenue expansion region-wide.Remote globally | B2B ContractDuties & ResponsibilitiesScout, recruit, and integrate affiliate partners in LATAM, such as websites, influencers, media buyers, streamers, and networksCultivate enduring relationships with affiliates to boost performance, interaction, and loyaltyDesign and refine CPA, Revenue Share, and Hybrid deals alongside the operating teamTrack core metrics like FTDs, ROI, conversions, retention, and traffic quality, launching improvements as requiredPartner with Marketing, CRM, and Product groups to sync affiliate efforts with promotions, campaigns, and local strategiesGuarantee adherence to brand standards, regulations, and company policies among affiliatesIdentify and address fraud, poor traffic quality, and breaches of rulesOversee affiliate tracking tools for precise reporting, attribution, and payoutsDevelop performance summaries, projections, and strategic recommendations for leadershipPerform market and competitor analysis to uncover expansion opportunities in LATAMServe as company representative at trade shows, networking gatherings, and partner sessions as neededRequirementsAt least 3 years in Affiliate Management in iGaming industry with significant LATAM market involvement preferredDeep knowledge of major LATAM regions, including Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, and PeruDemonstrated success handling CPA, Revenue Share, and Hybrid models with clear business outcomesExcellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities for diverse portfoliosData-driven approach to analyzing metrics, spotting patterns, and guiding optimizationsBackground in spotting fraud, evaluating traffic quality, and enforcing compliance in affiliate setupsProactive self-starter thriving in a high-energy, results-focused settingSuperior organization and multitasking skills for juggling competing demandsEnglish fluency mandatory; Spanish or Portuguese highly desirableReady to travel for conferences and eventsAdept at working across LATAM time zones from a Cyprus baseBenefitsVibrant, startup-like atmosphere where your contributions shine and matterSports perks to promote employee healthComplimentary daily lunchesOpportunities to attend industry events for career growthWelcoming, team-oriented culture with international colleaguesHow to Apply – Spanish-Speaking FX Business Development CareersWe encourage applications from all qualified individuals, regardless of background, identity, or experience.
