We provide easy, reliable, and fast company formation services through our network of Professional Partners and Government Authorities.Job DescriptionTheRenewals Consultant actively manages the process of license renewals for IFZA’sprofessional partners and administrative teams. This will include meeting withpartners, finding solutions to objections or issues, and notifying clients oflicense statuses and renewal dates. The role requires conducting formalface-to-face meetings and following up with all partners and entities in atimely manner and in line with organizational standards and timelines.ResponsibilitiesClient and PartnerCommunication: Notify clients and professional partners of upcoming renewaldates, ensuring adherence to organizational timeframes and guidelines.Escalation Management:Handle complex cases escalated from the administrative team, providingeffective solutions for unique scenarios.Negotiation: Negotiatevarious matters with professional partners, aiming for optimal outcomes for allparties involved.Data Analysis:Accurately analyze data to identify trends and develop action plans to improvethe conversion rates of professional partners.CRM Management:Regularly monitor and update the CRM system to manage a portfolio effectively.Client Support:Respond promptly to client emails and queries, addressing a wide range ofscenarios faced by licensees.Face-to-Face Meetings:Conduct regular in-person meetings with clients to maintain strongrelationships.Partner Relations:Maintain ongoing relationships with professional partners, including preparingreports, hosting meetings, and conducting training sessions.Additional Duties:Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by Management.RequirementsFull proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous.Intermediate computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office.Confident personality with the ability to communicate effectively on phone calls andduring face-to-face meetings.Self-motivated and accountable with a strong work ethic and a proven track record ofexceptional performance.Industry knowledge related to licensing, amendments, cancellations, and immigrationprocesses is advantageous but not mandatoryInternational team (over 50 nationalities)24 annual leave daysAnnual flight homeLife insurance planMedical insurance plan (with the option toupgrade at your own cost)Invitations to participate in various companyfunctions, staff events, and department team building eventsOpportunities to learn, develop and grow withthe organizationBeing part of a motivated team andMoving-Forward-Company-Culture#J-18808-Ljbffr
