Rental Analyst - Property Asset ManagementDubai, United Arab Emirates | Posted on 02/20/2026Basedin Abu Dhabi, the Rental Analyst is expected to be an enthusiastic andhardworking individual to manage the day-to-day activities for propertymanagement services. This exciting and challenging position requires theincumbent to operate at the highest standards of property management, ensuringthe business is in line with operations excellence, sales forecasts and tenantsupport as guided by the Rental Sales Manager to deliver on stakeholder expectations.The role is suited to a customer-service-oriented and leader spiritedindividual with the ability to interact with all community stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate onboarding newcustomers and record all details in Salesforce.Register new stations andunits in the TAMM SystemPrepare new and renew expired Tawtheeqcontracts for each unit after receiving tenant documents.Prepare new and renew expired Ejaricontracts for each unit after receiving tenant documents.Track weekly renewals and provideupdates by maintaining a renewal tracker and communicate renewals dates toconcerned.Update registration details relatedto old stations, including unit areas and electricity meter details.Coordinate with HQ to obtainelectricity bills to facilitate meter transfers under tenant names.Support in creating reportsand presentations to contractors as and when required.Manage schedules, meetings,and communications between departments and external clients.Provide general administrativesupport to the Knight Frank and Client teams.Collect the list of special monthlytasks from the KF team and consolidate it into a KPI Monthly Report forsubmission to the ADD VP for approvalHandle contract modificationsincluding unit updates, area corrections, and term changes.Collaborate with variousinternal departments to ensure a smooth and seamless operation from contractsigning to opening.Translate and format Musatahacontracts into Arabic as required.Prepare the Tender Proposalform for approval by the ADD Rental Committee.Support with data and figuresto prepare monthly reports ensuring alignment with defined KPIs and performancebenchmarks.Assist with various ad-hocworks be it master contract, non-renewals, terminations etc.Archive all NOC requests andtenancy contracts in the shared drive and filing roomAnalyse sales data as and whenrequired by the Rental Sales Manager.Ensure contract renewals,occupancy reports, and other databases are accurate.Scan and archive all Tawtheeq,Ejari, and other municipality contracts along with related bills.Coordinate requirements oftenants with other departments as directed by theSales ManagerAnalyse tenant performance andfollow up on payments and other dues to the company.Skills and QualificationsBachelor’s degree in businessadministration, information management, or a related field.At least 3 – 5 years ofexperience in leasing support & document control within the construction,engineering, or real estate sectors, with a focus on large-scale projects.Previous experience in leasingsupport roles is highly desirable.Certification in documentcontrol management (e.g., EDMS certification) is an advantage.Familiarity with local andinternational legal and contractual documentation requirements.Fluent in English & Arabicis essential with proficiency in reading and writing skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of local relevant property laws andregulations related to government systems and processesAbout CompanyKnight Frank LLP is the leading independent global property consultancy.
