Job Description

JASARA PMC is inviting Expressions of Interest for the position of Resident Engineer - Track - Rail. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction and installation of rail tracks, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, specifications, and safety regulations. As a key member of the project team, you will work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of rail infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of transformative rail projects within the region.ResponsibilitiesOversee the construction and installation of rail track systems, ensuring adherence to design specifications and project timelines.Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality control measures and compliance with safety standards.Coordinate with project stakeholders, including engineers, contractors, and clients, to facilitate effective communication and address any issues.Review and interpret engineering drawings and plans, providing feedback or solutions regarding design-related challenges.Document project progress and prepare reports for management and stakeholders.Manage on-site construction teams, ensuring effective execution of daily operations.Support project management in budget monitoring and resource allocation.Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and best practices in rail construction.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 15 years of experience in railway construction or similar roles, with a focus on track engineering for 10 yearsStrong understanding of railway track design, construction practices, and safety standards.Proven experience in managing railway infrastructure projects.Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues related to rail construction.Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office applications.Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent is preferred.BenefitsCompetitive salary and benefits packageOpportunity to work in a dynamic and growing organization.Be part of a collaborative and supportive team#J-18808-Ljbffr
