Job Description

JASARA PMC is inviting Expressions of Interest for the position of Resident Engineer - Track - Rail. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction and installation of rail tracks, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, specifications, and safety regulations. As a key member of the project team, you will work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of rail infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of transformative rail projects within the region.ResponsibilitiesOversee the construction and installation of rail track systems, ensuring adherence to design specifications and project timelinesConduct regular site inspections to monitor quality control measures and compliance with safety standardsCoordinate with project stakeholders, including engineers, contractors, and clients, to facilitate effective communication and address any issuesReview and interpret engineering drawings and plans, providing feedback or solutions regarding design-related challengesDocument project progress and prepare reports for management and stakeholdersManage on-site construction teams, ensuring effective execution of daily operationsSupport project management in budget monitoring and resource allocationEnsure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and best practices in rail constructionRequirementsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related fieldMinimum of 15 years of experience in railway construction or similar roles, with a focus on track engineering for 10 yearsStrong understanding of railway track design, construction practices, and safety standardsProven experience in managing railway infrastructure projectsExcellent communication, leadership, and organizational skillsAbility to analyze and resolve technical issues related to rail constructionProficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office applicationsProfessional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent is preferredBenefitsCompetitive salary and benefits packageOpportunity to work in a dynamic and growing organizationBe part of a collaborative and supportive team#J-18808-Ljbffr
