We are seeking a Restaurant Captain who is hands on, service‑driven, and committed to maintaining high standards while guiding the team through busy and refined service periods.A little taste of your day‑to‑day:Lead and manage your assigned station to ensure smooth and efficient serviceWelcome guests, take food and beverage orders, and ensure timely follow‑upCoordinate closely with kitchen and bar teams on menus, special requests, and availabilitySupport the Outlet Supervisor in maintaining service flow and quality standardsMonitor guest satisfaction, handle feedback, and support service recovery when neededEncourage upselling and promote menu items in a natural and professional mannerHandle cash, room charges, and Micros transactions accurately when requiredEnsure all team members follow hygiene, safety, and brand standards at all timesWhat We need from you:Previous experience as a Captain or senior service role in a resort setting, luxury background is a plusStrong knowledge of food and beverage service and restaurant operationsConfident communication skills with guests and colleaguesA guest‑focused mindset with attention to detailAbility to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environmentBasic cash handling and POS system knowledgeHospitality training or a diploma is an advantageWhat you can expect from us:We give our people everything they need to succeed.
