Restaurant Manager vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAERestaurant Manager - Abu-Dhabi (Indian Cuisine)We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of our Indian cuisine restaurant in Abu-Dhabi. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant, from hiring and training staff to ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control- Supervise and train staff on customer service, food preparation, and safety standards- Create employee schedules and manage payroll- Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely manner- Maintain high levels of food quality and presentation- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations- Develop marketing initiatives to attract new customers- Monitor restaurant performance and make necessary adjustments to improve efficiencyRequirements:- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian cuisine restaurant- Excellent knowledge of Indian cuisine, ingredients, and cooking techniques- Ability to manage a team effectively- Strong communication skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, or holidays as needed- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferredSalary:1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)Location:Abu-Dhabi (UAE)Note: This is a seasonal job without accommodation.This job has no reviews yet.
